The seller’s obligations are: |
- The seller delivers the goods unloaded from the means of transport at the place of destination agreed with the buyer. This port or place includes a covered or uncovered space, such as a hub, warehouse, buyer’s premises and a road, rail or airport terminal.
- The seller shall bear the costs of inspection, quality control or weighing of the goods, the costs in connection with export and transit such as duties and taxes required for obtaining export and transit documents and dealing with the conclusion of the contract of transport. The seller is not obliged to stipulate an insurance contract for the part of the trasport that is not under his responsibility.
